Art & Creativity
Creativity is fundamental to the human experience, and the arts tap in to parts of ourselves that go beyond the boundaries of logic and reason. You do not have to be an “artist” or have any particular skill in the arts to access their spiritual benefits. Using the arts with spiritual direction invites us to go deeper in our understanding of ourselves and the Sacred.

About Me
I trained in the evocative method of spiritual direction at St. Catherine University in St. Paul, MN, and have studied Art and Theology at United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities. My particular areas of interest and experience are 12-Step programs, arts and creativity, pastors and lay ministers, and companioning neurodivergent individuals. I am an artist and storyteller as well as a spiritual director.
